DESCENDANTS makes their debut at The Ruins, celebrating 4 Years after a sold out night in the Main Hall. New York born & globally rooted, DESCENDANTS is a platform built to celebrate the sounds and stories of Afro-Electronicartists, hosting events in world-renowned venues across Johannesburg, London, Nairobi, Amsterdam & beyond. Through these events, DESCENDANTS has become synonymous with bridging global dance floors while maintaining a deep respect for the origins and evolution of African electronic music by being the lead exporter of Afro House artists talet outside Africa to the U.S. and Europe. The Line-up includes Durban, South Africa’s Gqom pioneer, DJ Lag, Congolese rooted French artist Karaba, South African house legend DJ Kabila alongside our very own Meedy & Pizzi for what’s set to be a journey.
