We’re back with a very special NYC Pride edition of B2Bassment — and this one means a lot to us. Headlining with a DJ set is Super DJ Dmitry of Deee-Lite, co-founder of one of dance music’s most iconic and beloved acts. Over the decades he has performed at some of the most influential clubs and festivals in electronic music history, including Brixton Academy, Haçienda, Amnesia, and Pacha, among countless others. Joining us with a live performance is Nauti Siren, the new project from Dmitry and his partner Jessie Evans — vocalist, songwriter, and saxophonist. Jessie’s history spans the SF post-punk scene with Subtonix and The Vanishing, and collaborations with Lydia Lunch, Budgie, and Steve Mackay. Together they make something that sounds like no one else. We’ve been fans of both of these artists since early on. Having them at B2B is genuinely a dream.
