About

On Saturday, June 20th, Toronto’s notorious disco institution Balls Deep Disco takes over for a full blown Pride month celebration. Born out of Toronto’s iconic Black Eagle and inspired by the anything-goes spirit of legendary spaces like Paradise Garage, The Saint, and The Warehouse, Balls Deep Disco has built a cult following through parties that feel hot, loose, playful, and fully locked into the dance floor. Leading the charge is Burn Baby, founder of Balls Deep Disco and a selector known for pulling from disco, house and late-night club energy in all the right ways. He's played some of the scene’s most iconic parties including Glitterbox and Revival, while sharing lineups with names like Horse Meat Disco, Kerri Chandler, Dimitri From Paris, Eli Escobar, Joey Negro, Kim Ann Foxman, JKriv, Amy Douglas, and more. FOYER 9PM-11PM — Burn Baby 11PM-1AM — Gant Johnson 1AM-3AM — Dropo CARGO 10PM-11:30PM — Patrick Kyle 11:30PM-1:30AM — Burn Baby 1:30AM-close — Boyyyish The rest of the lineup runs deep. Chicago-born and NYC-rooted, Gant Johnson has been DJing since the mid-80s, coming up through Chicago radio mix culture before fully immersing himself in New York nightlife and the roots of dance music. From 1999-2004, he also co-founded the independent dance label Captivating Records alongside DJ Will Automatic of The Carry Nation adding another chapter to a decades-long relationship with underground dance culture. In the Foyer, Brooklyn-based selector Dropo blends house, techno, disco, funk, and left-field club sounds into emotionally charged sets built for movement, release, and getting weird in the best way possible. Patrick Kyle pulls from decades of disco, electro, funk, and house digging shaped by NYC nightlife institutions like Paradise Garage, The Loft, and The Gallery. Then there’s boyyyish NYC’s secret weapon. A fixture of queer nightlife for over a decade, the Viet-Mexican selector moves effortlessly through house, acid, rave, garage, disco, techno, and soulful club sounds with a style shaped by dance floors across New York and beyond. Supported early on by nightlife legends Susanne Bartsch and Christina Visca, boyyyish has gone on to share lineups with names like Danny Krivit, Todd Edwards, Dimitri From Paris, Eli Escobar, Rimarkable, and Maurice Fulton while playing everywhere from House of Yes and Nowadays to Glitterbox, The Lot Radio, and Rinse FM. Beyond the booth, his queer-forward projects Love Prism and club boyyyish continue pushing NYC nightlife culture forward. Venue opens at 5PM | Happy Hour 5PM-7PM | Music at 9PM | 21+ Kitchen open late
