Footprints in Sound is a listening session shaped by years of collecting and exploring music across genres. Moving through jazz, ambient, electronica, downtempo, tribal and African-influenced rhythms, darker textures, and lighter moments, the session follows a natural progression rather than a fixed style. The goal is to create a comfortable environment that supports conversation, focus, reading, work, and quiet reflection while allowing the energy of the room to evolve over time. NoNo Payer is an upcycled clothing project based in New York, rooted in reconstruction and reinterpretation. Its approach to music follows a similar philosophy. Drawing from a personal archive built over many years of listening, the selections move across genres, textures, rhythms, and eras without being tied to a single style. Rather than focusing on categories, NoNo Payer is interested in how different sounds can coexist and create atmosphere. The sessions bring together familiar and unexpected elements, shaped by mood, texture, memory, and the energy of the room.
