Afrofuturism is Kareem Ali’s guiding light. Specializing in forward-thinking, space-age sounds, Ali is a lot more concerned with unleashing his vivid imagination than fitting neatly into any particular genre box. His extensive catalog is underpinned by hypnotic and emotionally resonant deep house but also includes forays into techno, ambient, hip-hop, R&B, garage and even drum & bass. Frank & Tony bookend his live set. In The Atrium, Gene Hunt, one of Chicago's Pioneers in the house music industry since the early 80s, his stamp on house is an alteration between soulful, vocal recordings and harder, rough “techy” tracks. JADALAREIGN returns with the groove, texture, and Black excellence that has made her new-school New York royalty.
