The deep and underground sound of progressive house is coming to LA! For our first rooftop mission, Hypersleep takes over the newly reopened rooftop atop the historic former Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles for a sunny summer afternoon day party. Hypersleep explores the rich melodic textures of familiar labels like Anjunadeep as well as the deeper, more hypnotic progressive sounds championed by artists like Guy J and Hernán Cattáneo. Expect warm grooves, deep atmospheres, and tracks selected for the long voyage rather than the quick destination... all along a beautiful backdrop above downtown. For the first event we welcome established local LA DJ and Producer, Dastan, rising talent Rongeth Guzman, as well as Hypersleep resident and founder, tenSpeed. A YouTube mix series created by tenSpeed now turned into a live event, Hypersleep will focus on cultivating the progressive house scene in LA by offering a space for the true lovers of the progressive sound to enjoy their favorite music mixed by their favorite DJs.
