Members of the Beverages crew, the notorious wine-fueled party that’s taken over spots like The Ruins at Knockdown Center and Roberta’s Seedy J and Steve Aioli bring that same loose, anything-goes energy behind the decks. Seedy J leans into Balearic, disco, and off-center house with a digger’s touch, while Steve Aioli keeps things tight, funky, and just unpredictable enough to keep you on your toes. Between them, they’ve played across Brooklyn staples and underground rooms, carrying that same irreverent, good-taste-first approach wherever they land.
